Process

How a project runs

The same six steps on every project, so you always know what has been settled and what comes next.

  1. Client meeting & initial consultation

We start by understanding the brief behind the brief — how the space will actually be used, who uses it, the budget it has to live inside, and the timeline it has to meet.

You receiveBrief, budget range, indicative timeline

  2. Site visit for better understanding

Nothing replaces standing in the space. We measure, photograph and read the site — light, levels, orientation, access, services, and the constraints that never show up on a plan.

You receiveMeasured survey, site photography, constraints note

  3. 3D layouts, renders & detailed drawings

The design is resolved in three dimensions before anything is committed. You see the space as it will be, and we resolve the detail while changes are still inexpensive.

You receive3D layouts, renders, detailed drawing set

  4. Designing & furniture layout

Materials, finishes, lighting and joinery are specified, and every room is planned down to furniture placement — so the space works in use, not just on paper.

You receiveFurniture layout, material & finish schedule

  5. Execution & coordination

We coordinate contractors and vendors against the drawing set, review work on site, and resolve the questions that always arise once building starts.

You receiveSite reviews, vendor coordination, issue resolution

  6. Styling & finishing

The last ten percent that decides how the space is remembered — final styling, snagging and a considered handover.

You receiveStyling, snag list cleared, handover

Step one is a conversation.
